Roman Machine
Spirit Commercial Fitness has developed a Free Weights SP-42 series that offer stylish, durable and high quality options for fitness owners when building their strength training section.
The 45-degree positioning of the back extension is ideal for training the back muscles. This is an angled version of the classic back extension bench and is more comfortable to train on. In this position, there is less tendency to overstretch the back. The thigh pads are adjustable to fit all sizes of users. The lower leg pads support the calf, preventing discomfort in the knees.
With its aesthetic design, this machine fits perfectly into any gym. Comfortable and safe to use, it is part of a complete series of benches and racks designed for today’s strength training.
