Add to WishlistThe Studio Collection Step and Riser System from Life Fitness features a grooved, premium rubber top mat for superior grip, and red targets for optimal hand and foot placement. The surface is also replicated on the risers, which can be used individually from the step itself, or underneath the step to raise the overall height in overall increments of 2”. Rubber footpads help grip the floor and reduce the risk of the step slipping, and also feature notches for resistance band training.
